Description

Critical study of leadership and influence vis-?-vis the lives and leadership experiences of significant individuals and groups. Focus is on identification and internalization of core elements of leadership such as skills, personality characteristics, environments, group dynamics and organizational position that contribute to one's effectiveness or ineffectiveness as a leader. Prerequisite: junior or senior class standing.
