Rent-A-Center Make A Difference Scholarship Program (Viewed: 348 times)
for current customers and customers within the past two years who are in good standing, and their immediate family members of Rent-A-Center, Get It Now!, RAC Financial Services, or RAC Acceptance who live in the U.S. or Puerto Rico.
U.S. Bank's Internet Scholarship Program (Viewed: 794 times)
No essay required, random drawing.
AXA Achievement Scholarship (Viewed: 352 times)
Another very general need-based scholarship.  There are many different programs available.
Masonic Foundation of Utah, Inc Scholarship (Viewed: 388 times)
Scholarship available to students from Utah. Need two letters of recommendation (one must be from a member of a Masonic affiliated group). Applications should be mailed directly to the Foundation.
Deadline: June 30th
Jacobsen Scholarship Fund (Viewed: 1072 times)
Applicants must be members in good standing of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and complete the application process for each semester. Applicants for initial awards can download the Initial Application. Students who receive a Jacobsen Fund Scholarship must reapply for additional scholarships using the Renewal Application. Although the Foundation does offer renewal scholarships, renewal is not guaranteed.
Deadline: June 1st (for Fall Applications), October 15th (for Spring Applications)
The Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting Scholarship Program (Viewed: 258 times)
Up to $1500.00 scholarship for Latino/a business majors.  Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0
Cappex "A GPA Isn't Everything" Scholarship (Viewed: 1164 times)
$1000 scholarship available to all U.S. students currently enrolled in high school or college.
Campus Discovery "Value of College" Scholarship (Viewed: 446 times)
$5000 awarded to U.S. citizens currently enrolled at any 2- or 4-year college.  A survey and 200 word essay must be completed as part of the application process.

National Eagle Scout Association Scholarships (Viewed: 275 times)
Multiple scholarships offered to current students as well as incoming freshmen that are Eagle Scouts.

BYU Management Society Leadership and Ethics Scholarship (Viewed: 137 times)
Scholarships of $500-$750 are awarded to students from the Silicon Valley area of California that have demonstrated moral leadership.  Only complete applications will be considered.
Abott and Fenner Scholarship Program (Viewed: 313 times)
A $1,000 scholarship available to high school juniors and seniors and currently enrolled students between the ages of 16 and 30, essay required.

Horatio Alger National Scholarship Program (Viewed: 1122 times)
a very general need-based scholarship.  Students must meet minimal requirements such as a 2.0 GPA.  There is a national program as well as state programs avaialble. 
A Voice for Animals High School Essay Contest (Viewed: 220 times)
Essay contest for incoming freshmen.  Write an essay that promotes humane treatment of animals.  First place is $1,000.

GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program (Viewed: 348 times)
Renewable $10,000 scholarship for up to four years to high school graduates of winter 2010 or spring 2011.  Must have a 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.

Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (Viewed: 404 times)
Eligible students are those from a low-income minority who have a 3.3 GPA, are citizens of the US, entering school for the first time
Specific Majors
AFCEA General John A. Wickham Scholarship (Viewed: 324 times)
Up to $2000.00 for computer science majors in their sophomore or junior year of study.  A minimum GPA of 3.5 is required along with two letters of recommendation and an official transcript.
